Agranee was established in the year 1989 by a group of likeminded local youths. Though the geographical & programme area of the organization varies from time to time but never diluted from it’s aim & objectives. Presently serves a population of near about 28000 from Mayurbhanj districts of Odisha.

Agranee has experience and expertise in implementing projects relating to Primary Education, Sustainable Livelihood, Community health & sanitation, Capacity Building and skill development of different stakeholders. Agranee (means leading) was established in the year 1989 with it’s head office At/Po: Sarat- 757079, District- Mayurbhanj (north-eastern part) of Odisha state with a group of likeminded rural youths to promote sustainable development processes which are socially acceptable, culturally appropriate and gender equitable, to enable poorest of the poor to achieve a dignified quality of life.
